The sound in the new Volkswagen Polo Beats is so good we that they turned it into a recording studio.
Volkswagen challenged top South African hip-hop artist, Kwesta, and acclaimed music producer, Ross Dabone, to discover the beats of the city in the car.
On Wednesday, 14 September 2016, they set off to create the track in one night. With the help of geo-location tech Volkswagen developed, they were able to discover the sounds, write lyrics, and create #011Beats. This is the sound of Jozi.
